On the 6th of August is the annual ‘Black Wednesday‘. This is when we see an influx of new doctors start the year in new posts.
Some see this as a negative. I see this as an opportunity for experienced clinicians to help guide the new crop of developing doctors to be understand how to manage working in the current NHS while still offering excellent patient care.
For this reason as part of #1careRevolution, on Tuesday 5th Aug at 8pm I will be hosting #NewGPtips on Twitter. I will be asking all experienced clinicians to tweet useful hints and tips to help our new colleagues navigate current primary care.
